My name is Pat Wilkins

I have worked in social care for all my working life ,more focused with supporting unpaid carers for 27 years.

I came across laughter yoga over 15 years ago on a mental health awareness day. I knew then I needed to learn more about this.

I trained to be a certified laughter yoga leader with Lotte and have been doing laughter yoga since  with many different groups of people.

I have now trained as a certified laughter yoga teacher so I can train others to share in the laughter.

I feel so passionate about creating laughter as in my career there has been lots of sadness,we start to lose that amazing feeling of laughter and the benefits it brings and I want to change this!

Changing peoples lives through healing ourselves, from the inside out, unlocking the powers we already have within us through laughter.

As a certified Laughter Yoga teacher I can offer a wide range of laughter workshops that can adapt to suit you or your organisation.

Training courses are available to become certified laughter yoga leaders.
