Whats On offer!

Laughter yoga session

During a Laughter Yoga session, participants engage in a series of laughter exercises, which may include laughter greetings, laughter clapping, and laughter chants.

These exercises are performed in a group setting, creating a contagious and joyful atmosphere and led by a trained laughing yoga instructor that coaches attendees through various exercises to promote enjoyment and laughter.

The laughter is often combined with playful movements and expressions, further enhancing the overall experience

Laughter Yoga sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes and can be customized to suit different groups and settings.

The practice is inclusive and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and physical abilities.

Why attend a laughter yoga session?

Here are the 5 (main) benefits of laughter yoga:

1) Feeling good: laughing releases endorphins (the ‘feel good’ hormones) which increase our happiness levels and boost our self-confidence.

2) Relieving stress: laughing helps us to release emotions in a healthy way and lower our stress levels and to lessen our anxiety

3) Letting your inner child out: and discovering your sense of play that we tend to lose in our busy adult lives..

4) Connecting with others: Think about when you hear some people laugh out loud next to you, you can't help but smile or laugh with them, can you?

5) Boosting our immune system: deep breathing through laughter improves our respiration and ensures that our major organs are fully oxygenated. This will help our blood circulation to work better, which boosts our immune system!
